The Hobbit roleplay

*I am sitting under a tree with a small root in my hand, and as you watch me, the root latches itself into my palm and begins to sprout, a small flower forming*

*I spear the flower from behind you to grab your attention*

I think it is fair to say you are making your presence not so likable here.

*I do not turn around*
No one has to LIKE me being here. Least of all me. But I have no choice, and I'm not usually like this.....*I glance up* Gah. You wouldn't understand

*I pull the flower from the end of your spear, throwing oyu a glance*

*I look from you to Mardat, then lower my head*

*I quickly swing my spear round, slicing the flower out of your hand yet not hitting your hand*

*I sit on the ground next to Hith, staring up at you in shock*

I look back to the root still in my hand, and sheltering it protectively with my other hand, you watch as it curls into a vine which runs along my arm and grows leaves as it goes*

I do not mean to harm either of you.

But as I said. Years of training. Decades even.

Yeah, and my flower was really a threat
I mutter

*I nod to you*

It was not. But one can get bored.

Very bored on their travels, and be prepared for goblins and such attackers on the roads here.

*I dip my hand and the vine latches into the ground, winding it's way up the nearby tree*

*I push Mardat's spear to one side, watching Hith's vine snake up the tree*

*as my mood turns gradually more melancholy, the vines' growth slows, and eventually stops*

*I take off my amulet and place it on the tree, awaiting it's reaction*

The vine suddenly turns darker green and leaves begin to fall, then suddenly I cough and clutch at my throat

*I quickly pull the amulet away and place it around my neck again*

Perhaps it is a tool of Sauron?

Me? A tool of Sauron? Bah. If I were a tool of Sauron you would know. Sauron has much more plans for the West... It is why I am here, to stop them destroying us in the process.

You're doing a bloody fine job on your own, we don't need Sauron! And I don't need YOU. If only I could leave....

I am not a supporter of Sauron, but his forces do muster. Don't tell me you have been keeping a blind eye on all of this?

Mirkwood is closer to those Dark Lands. In my time, though little of it was spent in one place, I have watched the fires behind the black gate grow. Mark my words, trouble will come from that place

The people of Mordor are still mustering. But I only know and believe this because his supporters in Harad are uniting and attacking those that remain neutral or those allied to Gondor. Simply enough those that don't look for help or those that don't support Mordor die.
